Maria Realf is an experienced and versatile journalist, capable of writing and editing high-quality content for both print and online media. Her 2015 feature on brain tumours (read here) was hailed a “moving, powerful article” by Piers Morgan on Twitter. The petition she launched with this story attracted more than 120,000 signatures, resulting in the first ever inquiry by the House of Commons’ Petitions Committee and a 2016 parliamentary debate.
In 2017, Maria’s debut novel The One was published in Germany, where it spent 5 consecutive weeks in the top 50 of the Der Spiegel paperback fiction bestseller list.
It is currently slated for release in the UK and Portugal in 2018.
